Experience Paris in Chattanooga. Simply sign up and your fresh, locally made Parisian bread will be waiting for you Sundays 12-2pm at the future home of our bakery (847 E Main St). We suggest sharing with friends. Something this good you won’t want to keep for yourself. But we won’t judge.

THE PRODUCT
4 - Traditional baguettes each week. Must subscribe by Wednesday at 5pm for bread on Sunday.

Made with imported French wheat flour, water, artisan french salt, yeast and our secret sourdough starter and absolutely no additives or preservatives ever. Our bread is the result of a perfectly managed “old-world” fermentation process, and hasn’t undergone any flash freezing during preparation. It's characterized by its crunchy crust, and a cream-colored, flavorful, and airy crumb.

THE SOURCE
We import our flour from France, one of the most sought after flour distributors in the world, known for its quality and incredible flavor, nutrient profile and reputation in boulangeries across France.

This bread is ideal for breakfast. It can also be enjoyed at lunchtime or in the evening with a nice slice of country terrine or in bruschetta with pesto, tomato and mozzarella.

WEEKLY BAGUETTE DROPS
L’ALLÉE Baguettes will be available for pickup Sundays 12-2pm at the future Southside home of the bakery (847 E Main St, Chattanooga, TN 37408). We will be on site to handle the pick up. Come chat with us! 

And don't forget MUST subscribe by Wednesday at 5pm for bread the following Sunday. Our bread is made by hand with imported French ingredients in the old world tradition and requires planning and prep in advance.
